    Sparki is a free platform that helps you capture sparks of inspiration, add your own thinking, organise ideas, and share them with others.

    You must create an account to use Sparki. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

    4. User Content

    You retain ownership of all sparks and sparkies you save to Sparki. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use Sparki to store or distribute illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in activities that disrupt the Service or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe may expose us or others to harm or liability.

    You agree not to upload, store, or share any sensitive personal information through the platform, including but not limited to:
